HJ-200 Air Scrubber
The HJ-200 ™ air scrubber is sold with the HJ-30i ™ as a complete system. It is a lightweight and easily portable dual-mode dehumidification and air filtering unit that creates a rapid and efficacious air processing solution for rooms treated by Altapure’s patented sub-micron aerosol system.
This system delivers outstanding air filtering, dehumidification, and vapor removal performance in a very compact, and easy to move, cabinet. The HJ-200 ™ system is able to quickly capture and remove all aerosol and vapor in the treated environment.
Aerosol & Vapor Capture
The majority of the aerosol and vapors captured by the HJ-200 ™ are converted into a condensate that is pumped into an internal large capacity reservoir, which is then gravity drained by attaching a drain hose to a quick-connect fitting at the bottom-front of the unit. This function is easily performed at any suitable time by the machine’s operator. The remaining vapors in the room are captured and neutralized by activated carbon filter cartridges.
Vapor Filtration & Removal
The HJ-200 ™ utilizes a system of MERV rated filters to filter the air that passes through the system. For example, all airflow that enters the HJ-200 ™ is filtered by a special MERV rated filter. Air that exits the HJ-200 ™ via the “activated carbon filter cartridges” for vapor capture, is also filtered by a special MERV rated filter before it is exhausted back into the room. All filters are easily replaceable.
Ease of Use & Remote Control
The HJ-200 ™ is a fully automated and robotic “aerosol and vapor removal” system. This system is easily moved and setup by only one (1) individual. Control of the HJ-200 ™ is integrated into the same wireless communication and control network as the HJ-30i ™. The HJ-200 ™ is remotely operated using the same small and lightweight, hand held touch screen remote control device, that is used to operate the HJ-30i ™.
Modular Movement
The HJ-200 ™ design allows it to be easily connected to the HJ-30i ™, for trouble free simultaneous transport of both machines, by only one (1) employee. Upon arrival at the new treatment location, the machine’s operator only needs to pull the locking pins between the units for independent positioning of each unit. This feature is especially useful in corridors or entry areas where tight turns, or rooms with limited space, are encountered.
Vent Cover Rack System
An optional vent cover rack system can also be attached to the HJ-200 ™. The standard rack system is constructed from aluminum. However it can also be constructed from stainless steel, upon customer request.
