Altapure, LLC is proud to announce the official release of its patented HJ-30i high-level disinfection system. This product represents the culmination of more than seven years of intense research and development, with world leading acoustic, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to create what is now the pinnacle of technology for high-level “no touch” disinfection and decontamination of large areas.

The HJ-30i is a fully automated system that has been successfully piloted in U.S. hospitals during the past year, where it has consistently demonstrated its capability to achieve a predictable kill greater than 6-log for both dry spore pathogens and vegetative bacteria. This technology, using aqueous PAA, boasts a 2.3 – 2.6 D-Value (meaning a 90% kill within only 2.3 to 2.6 minutes of treatment) for G. stearothermophilus, the gold standard for showing pathogen kill, as reported by Raven Biological Labs, a highly recognized third party testing facility. Another first for the industry. Treated surfaces in large spaces have continued to show “no growth” for both spores and vegetative bacteria.

Altapure, LLC has worked jointly with ITT Exelis (NYSE: XLS), a top-tier global aerospace, defense, and information solutions company, to develop the HJ-30i with the proven capability to fully eradicate viruses, bacteria, spores, and fungi, in a 3,000 cubic foot space in less than 10 minutes of full contact time, and a total treatment time including air filtering, of 30-45 minutes start to finish.
